"With 30 years of experience in the fitness industry, I am passionate about helping my clients learn about training techniques, nutrition, stress management, and recovery. I love working with people of all ages – building relationships and making connections to support their unique path towards health and wellness.

As a competitive athlete, physical education teacher, and coach, I have been close to the fitness industry for 30 years. My own journey to deeper health led to my transition from teaching high school students to educating and training people of all ages in a smaller more personal setting.

I am passionate about helping my clients learn about training techniques, nutrition, stress management, and recovery. I love working with people of all ages – building relationships and making connections to support their unique path towards health and wellness.
